We moved here in 2016. We rented a 3 br, 2 ba 1800 sq ft house through Jim while our house was being built. The whole process was smooth. He was very helpful with the couple of issues we had.

Very easy to deal with, always answers phone, even on personal time, and does not charge extra fees like many other property managers do. Only charges flat rate for months that a tenant is in the property; if you don't get paid, he doesn't get paid. Highly recommended by many military tenants and landlords in the San Angelo area.
